Measure N

On August 9, 2024 the City Council voted to place a City of Upland 1% Sales Tax Measure on the November 5, 2024 ballot.  Measure N would enact a 1-cent local sales tax until ended by voters.  The full Ordinance is available in the City Clerk's office for public examination or you may click here to view the full text of the Ordinance.  Click here to view Measure N FAQ.

Measure N Spending Priorities

If voters say yes, Measure N will provide an estimated $20 million a year in additional revenue. On September 9, 2024 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6798 expressing its intent to prioritize spending of Measure N revenue for infrastructure and public safety purposes.
