Basic Computer Skills & Internet Research

Learn basic computer skills while using Microsoft programs to create and produce various documents. Registration accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class offered in partnership with Mt. San Antonio Community College.
ClubFit: Getting Stronger Together
Wednesdays & Fridays

Keep your body healthy and release stress through our weekly Getting Stronger Fitness program. Classes will begin with an upbeat warm-up that flows right into a gentle, seated, cardio exercise of Tai-Chi, Yoga, Dance, Dumbbell, or a Resistance workout. No prior experience necessary. Pre-registration is required.

Keep your body healthy and build muscle strength and tone through our weekly Muscle Tone Fitness program. Classes will begin with an upbeat warm-up that flows right into a varied routine. Everyone may adjust their weight and resistance level of Dumbbell, Resistance Bands, Free Weights, or other resistance items. No prior experience necessary. Participants are encouraged to set own pace. Pre-registration is required.
