In accordance with Penal Code 13023, police departments in California are required to report information related to hate crimes within their jurisdiction on their websites.  

This page will serve as the monthly reporting requirement for the Upland Police Department pertaining to reported hate crimes.  This report will summarize the events and any further inquiries may be routed through the Upland Police Department by calling (909) 946-7624.
